How to Start your Good Sam Credit Card Account

Check Other Similar Cards
Click “Apply Now” one more time to proceed with your credit card application.
Pre-fill the form (optional). Your mobile phone number, the four trailing digits of your SSN, and zip code will be requested.
Press the red “Continue” button.
Enter the verification code (sent to you by SMS) into the field and select “Continue” again.
If you would like to apply without pre-fill instead, press the corresponding button.
Provide the following information about yourself: name, billing address, phone number, and the trailing digits of your SSN. Then, click “Next”.
